Last year on DECEMBER 2015 we bought a kutchina fieona hood chimney by my brother.
We called Kutchina Service center and they came and replaced my brand new chimney circuit with old repair circuit. They replaced same circuit two times in last 1 year. From last week it was not working.
I purchased brand new model and within warranty they were replacing circuit with old repair circuit. And within 1 year the circuit failed to work two times. It is not acceptable. I am not satisfied to Kutchina customer services. We had only one year warranty. Now again it is not working properly.As per Kutchina Customer Service response. They would not provide free service for this repaired old circuit.
