Kurukshetra University is the worst university in India. There is no fare system. If you attempt full paper with right answer, even after that there is no guarantee you got pass.
No proper checking on the answer sheet
Result takes one year.
Re evaluation takes one year.
Even odd system is there. That's very fooling system.
University staff is so rude.
Pass rate is very low.
There are many other things are going wrong I found this info through RTI and personal experience. University earning big income by reappearing, re-evaluation, results and other many things. So never go for this university.
