I think this is one of the best animated movies in a long time. The Panda is representative of all that is there in the chinese culture. This movie has marvellously shown the hidden china in more ways than one. Too bad the chinese never thought of making such a movie as some of the insights in the movie are so representative of their culture.
I am not going to describe the movie in any manner in this review but would suggest watching this movie with the above in mind. Of course it is a hugely enjoyable movie otherwise as well, with a great star cast (voices) and it gels in well with the characters being played.
The other characters in the movie only help to enhance the enjoyability of the movie. My favourite animated movie still is ICE AGE, however, having said that I feel kung fu panda offers more in terms of insight and drama than ICE AGE.
A must see and hope u enjoy the flick!
