Originality:

I am waiting for Krrish and its worth waiting. I found songs little bit different than contemporary albums. I feel movie would be same and even though sequel films are not doing well in Bollywood, this will reverse the trend. Let me talk about the Music of the movie.

Pyaar Ki Ek Kahani

Lyrics: Ibraheem Ashq

Singers: Sonu Nigam, Shreya Ghoshal

Two words – Simply superb. The best song of the movie with its musical touch, simple lyrics and melodious voice. We can find that Rajesh Roshan always pulls out something extra ordinary for his nephew’s film. Ibraheem Ashq has given one of the most powerful https://lyrics. Sonu as usual has given best, but surprise package is Shreya. She is equally good as Sonu. We can sense freshness her voice and that may be best part of her performance in this song. We can easily think that Love has emerged between two lovers.

This song is like Title song of 'Koi..Mil Gaya' and “Na tum Jano na him” from 'Kahon Naa... Pyaar Hai' .

Koi Tumsa Nahin (Original and Big Band Mix)

Lyrics: Nasir Faraaz,

Singers: Sonu Nigam, Shreya Ghoshal

There are two songs here. One is Original and other is ReMix which is called (Big Band Mix). There is not much difference between both. Few more instrument used in Big Band Mix and given a Jazz effect.

Like all other songs the lyrics are very simple and cute. It’s a love song where both the lovers discovers few very good things about each other and admire the same.

This song is having little bit of different music. In modern time we don’t find such kind of music. I can recall song from Andaz Apana Apana which was such unusual melody. I will not be surprised to see Hrithik having some soft dance steps like “Bumrro Bumrro – Mission Kashmir” in the songs.

We can compare this song with “Na Tum Jano Na Hum“ from Kaho Na Pyar hai where both found a love for each other. Music is as simple and melodious like that only.

Chori Chori Chupke Chupke

Lyrics: Nasir Faraaz,

Singers: Udit Narayan, Shreya Ghoshal

This is song is having a perfect effect of hilly region. No doubt about that. Even during the start of the song you will get a feel of hiily region with music slowly building up momentum. When Udit started giving loud voice “Ohhhooo” and “ Sararrrrr” we get sure that its hilly song. This is a very good love song.

This song reminds me about a very nice old hilly song “Kanchi Re Kanchi Re”.

We can compare this song with “Pyar Ki Kashti Mein” of Kaho Na Pyar Hai because of its closeness to nature and soft dance. Pyar Ki Kashti Mein was in mid of Sea and this song will also be in mid of Nature.

Dil Na Diya

Lyrics: Vijay Akela

Singer: Kunal Ganjawala

Unleash Hrithik’s Power of Dancing. No doubt about this. This is especially for Hrithik to show how well he can dance and perhaps he is among the top 3 dancers if not the best. This song moves with its superb beats and Disco effects. Admirable point of this song is its lyrics, normally words have lesser importance in such dance sequence. But this song clearly shows that Hrithik is explaining importance of Love to Priyanka. We can get assurance that at the end of the song Priyanka would get impressed by Hrithik’s feelings and dancing skills.

You can compare this song with any other Dance songs from yesteryears I think this will be one of top dancing song of 2006.

No prize for guessing that it is like 'It's Magic' in 'Koi Mil Gaya' and “Title Song” - “Ek Pal Ka Jina” from Kaho Na Pyar Hai” where Hrithik was at his best in dancing. Can Hrithik repeat that Jadooo again ? Let’s see.

Main Hoon Woh Aasman (Original and Mystic Love Mix)

Lyrics: Nasir Faraaz

Singers: Rafaqat Ali Khan, Alka Yagnik

Like Koi Tumsa Nahin, this song is also in two versions. Original is little bit slower and melodious. Mystic Love Mix is again with all Jazz effect and could turn out to be one more Dance platform for Hrithik. It looks like this is a song where two lovers are remembering each other while they have parted. They are announcing that it’s not that easy to perform duties in love but they are enjoying there. They also declare that even they are physically parted but morally they are standing by each other. Mystic Love Mix is a happy version of slower song. This must be reunion of lovers from separation.

Like all other songs Lyrics of this song is cool. It passes the message very nicely.

This song is not having any exact comparables from past films of Hrithik but it can be little bit like Kaho Na Pyar Hai (Sad) and then Dil ne Dil ko Pukara.

To sum up

All in all, I like to congratulate Rakesh Roshan to pick up wonderful lyricists who have done magnificent job. This time music of Rajesh Roshan is little bit different. It gives hint of techno music with Indian effect. I am happy that it is really different from its contemporary music albums. All the singers Sonu, Shreya, Alka, Udit, Rafaqat and Kunal have given their best. Being little bit different this album will is not appealing when you hear this first time. But slowly and gradually this will pick up the momentum. All the songs will be cherished more, once you see the movie. It happens with many films that you like songs more after you see the movie. Krrish will have same kind of effect.
