I have a PMS account with Kotak since dec 2007 and still I am in loss on 40 %. It shows the how good portfolio managers they have, In my portfolio they have scripts which they have bought at 2100 Rs and then the price got reduced to 1300 but still they have the script (i think they need to learn BASIC first what is STOP LOSS and how it has to trigger.
Same with relationship manager they never respond to you call and even they are aware of importance of client.. I really sucks before opening the account they will just keep calling you and show the rsoy picture.
I stongly recommend not to invest with Kotak PMS better to invest in Mutal Fund or maintain your own porfolio atleast you will not be giving your hard miney to such idiots.
