Kotak Mahindra Bank is an Indian private sector banking 2nd largest bank in india headquartered in Mumbai. I think its good services but the main issue is that when we are do any transaction online or by atm card some amount is deduct and bank were showing like its service charge any other tax but actually they will charge extra. One of my friend are also have account in kotak and 1 month back he was applied a credit card after next 10 days he got a text message from kotak we have deducted 1800rs from your credit card before he reciving the credit card at his home.I think that is very not good for kotak mahinder bank because kotak is the 2nd largest bank in india and that bank reputation is very good and thing is happend before couples of days.
other every thing is good net banking services is fine customer satisfaction is good.Customer do there transaction or other activity is fast
