Kotak is my favorite of all the banks I am having account with because they really have the best customer support in my area. they came to my house for KYC verification.their only problem is availability of ATM.it provides all the options of bill payments, apply loan, apply for credit cards and so on.Phone banking is also enabled me perform transactions just by call without problems.i applied for personal loan and got it approved after verification easily within a month of applying.
