I have used Kotak services for a very long time. My experience was that Kotak Mahindra Bank provides the worst banking services to his buyer.
Phone banking-
Kotak has well maintained their services for phone banking as phone banking procedure was not so complicated to understand only you can put your Crn and password to check account details on the internet phone banking. And Quick massege banking option also was available for kotak bank user.
ATM Availability -
If I will talk about ATM availability then while I was a regular user of kotak bank there was no nearby ATM to my place and every time once I used to transaction of money its deduct the money.
Once I was totally fedup with kotak service then kotat sattled down their ATM near to me.
It was really a big torcher for me.
Internet banking-
Internet banking was good there was no hassle to use this internet banking service as only I was asked to put my CRN password and otp to login ane using this service ane incase I forget the details or password then I was not so horrible to get all these details new.
Customer Service-
Many times , customer service was very dispointing , I called to kotak customer support and they held till for a very long time and apart from this whenever I requested to transfer the call to senior then again they feel like they got an opportunity to hold the call for long period.Their customet support was also very poor that's why I mostly requirer to communicate with their senior.
Kotal Service, -
Kotak mostly use to deduct the money unnessory and many time they deducted my account money also.sometime I cought and raise a complaint against deducted money then they credited back.
My experience with kotak was very pathetic so I will never reccomment to use this.
