He is less satisfied with it. Less customer service and support is provided by Kotak Mahindra Bank. They promise too much but they never meet their customer expectations.
They charge a lot from their customers for opening a bank account in Kotak Mahindra Bank. ATM availability is less. Internet banking is provided. But due to less services available in Kotak Mahindra Bank I will not recommend it for you all. Thank you everyone.
