The bank charged high interest of 13.8%, but before agreement is made they promised 11% in the 1st year 12% in 2nd year and 13% in the third year. The bank representative totally mislead us and bank is asking for written communication . The total KOTAK MAHINDRA TEAM IS full of cheaters. The customer service is also bad . I wanted to foreclose the loan but unable to get the closure amount, so many extra charges are included. Called customer care and got 080 66188676 . They are responding .I wont recommend anybody for KOTAK MADINDRA . They lost hope,
I request people to buy from the car show room which is not attached to Kotak finace because
its nexus between Bank, bank finance rep, car sales executives . After cheating they just push the blame on others. I request Car sale showrooms to involve good banks and kotak to kick out .
