Hi there. I am Ashish Gupta and I am gona tell you my worst experience on this bank. Due to my higher study I had to shift in Delhi, so I decided to open an account on this bank. First I open my account an then I applied for ATM card, and the bank employee told me that it took less than a month to give you ATM card in your hand. And they delayed 1 month extra. I told them that I have emergency issue, my class is started in delhi I have to leave immediately.Thry didnt't listen to my problems and they keep delaying me.
The second one their ATM is also very few available in bigger cities like Delhi. I have to use another bank ATM and for that most of my money is debited from my account.
The third difficulty I face is that this bank debeting my money without informing me and when I tried to contact customer care they started ignoring my problems. And their customer care executive hold my phone for long time. They wasting my money as well as my time too.
I am very disappointed from Kotak Mahindra Bank.
