I am a Kotak Mahindra bank customer for more than 5 years now. I own a regular Savings account there and I have never experienced any negative service from them. The interest is good and there are no hidden charges like they have in some other private banks. No annual ATM fee or anything. Plus, its ATMs are located almost in every city and town which is what is most important to me as I am a frequent traveler. My job demands that. So yes, my review of Kotak bank is that it is good and reliable, and far better than its competitors.
