I had kotak assured saving plan, and was promised of liquidity but that was not the case, It was a worst saving plan ever.
When I asked to fetch my savings they simply said thats not possible becasue the plan has a lockin periord. In short, that was a policy actually and this is how they are fooling people. I put that in grievance as well but that also didnt help. Their customer service is pathetic as they dont listen to you and keep repeating the same nonsense again and again. Never ever in my life going to be associated with Kotak.
