THIS IS TO GIVE YOU NOTICE THAT I HAVE TAKEN A POLICY JOINTLY FOR THREE PERSONS AND THE INSURANCE CO REJECTED THE APPLICATION FOR TWO PERSONS SO I ASKED THEM TO CANCEL MY POLICY AS WELL, AND IT HAS BEEN AROUND 2 MONTHS I HAVE BEEN CONTINUOUSLY FOLLOWING BUT NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN
