I bought KORYO steam iron box from shop(2 year warranty).
The sole plate broken into two pieces after few months. I took the defective iron box for repair/replacement. They refused to replace and asked me to pay Rs. 400/- for repair. I bought the iron box less than Rs.300 with discount for having purchased suit cases . Now I suspect, this exhorbitant repair cost is not worth but a robbery of consumer. Hence I did not offer for repair.I checked with other company models where the sole plate cross sections are comparitively thicker than the the above KORYO model. Hence my sincere request do not sell or buy defective and poor quality product.
