Great collection but very late delivery!

I have ordered a number of times on koovs and I love their collection. The price tags are also great on and over a sale. It is a great trendy collection I would say. But as many times as I have shopped on koovs, I have never received the item earlier or on the date of estimation. I have always received it minimum 5 days post the estimated delivery date. I have attached a screenshot of what they send me all the time. That is their excuse during sale, and off a sale they wouldn't mind sending a text either. The second irritating part is where they use these local courier partners who either dont have a tracking system or they do, and if they do it is even more irritating. These people do not even message, call and finally they update the website saying 'Consignee not available, delivery attempted'. So you get to know that your items have been shipped back when it is over 5 days of estimated delivery date ONLY if you track them. It has happened to me 3 times, and I prefer not shopping from koovs anymore as you get their products elsewhere at a higher price, but reliable.
