Prepayment on Koovs can screw up your experience!

I placed an order(no.2362417) worth Rs.3210/- on 3rd Aug. The order was undelivered till Friday(5th Aug 2016). Today when I logged into Koovs.com and went to My Account, I was shocked to see order status'Delivered' by SCM Courier and delivery date'Saturday 6th Aug 2016'. I did not receive any call from any courier man on Saturday. I was sitting idle all day and could have easily collected it or redirected that chap to my residence.


I rang the Koovs helpline immediately on 0124-677000, to lodge my complaint and get it resolved. The customer care exec told me that she will get in touch with the courier company and revert within 48 to 72 hours! Man, I doubt if they will find my original package, but I hope that my money doesn't go for a toss!


Kindly refund my money or re-dispatch my order at the earliest as it was a prepaid order. Meanwhile, let me copy paste this status all over social media. Guys n Gals beware! Never ever order from this bogus site!

We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. We would like to inform you that the order was delivered at your shipping address by our courier partner. However as the address provided was an office address the delivery boy was not authorized to go inside the premises. As soon as we receive the complaint the same was escalated to respective team, the necessary actions were taken against the same and the order was delivered to the correct person.
We once again apologize for the trouble caused and we will ensure that you or any other customer should not face such issues further.
