My father owned Kodak Camera years back and when few years back compact cameras were launched, I insisted to buy a Kodak easy share camera M863 costing around Rs 13000. The look and features attracted me more to buy it.
The camera is easy to understand and the structure and built is made so to understand quite quickly. It is quick in response to like it powers up in less than 5 seconds, shutter speed is good and its ready to shoot pictures. Although I felt the image quality is relatively unstable, where outdoors picture quality is good but indoor without flash is not good. The face recognition was good but again while zooming out the pixels is not clear. The video quality was average. I would say it to be a decent, ultra slim camera, which is highly responsive and speedy but unstable picture quality.
