When I took decision to buy Maruti car, I went to Kiran motors first and during my first impression I was impressed by service they have provided. Guy was very knowedgable and was having very good knowledge(In gact technical knowledge about car).
During my second visit I asked them for additional discout which they refused but now I reliaze that although they have not given additional discount its better that I bought car with them because I am getting very good service.
I finalized everything and asked for fiancne option, they have made arrangment with SBI for car loan, in fact everything was done by them, I just provided all necessary documents.
During delivery time, guy came with me to godown and made my life easy with delivery process.
Now its more than 6 months that I am having car and still they are calling me up for feedback for service, how car is running, any problems, service reminder, service mela etc.
Workshop people are very nice and they gives personlize service, whenever you want you can talk to manager and can ask for any help. All staff is very cooperative.
