We went here last night after having heard so mch abt d plce. but were sheerly disappointed wid d kind of service and food served at us as though we were doing them a favor eating there. lemme take u thru d painful journey.
Location: its located right at the starting of kalaghoda. opp rhythm house. easy to locate and no difficulty in gettng in der.
Ambiance: the only saving grace of the place. beautiful ambiance and nicely crafted one too! but disappointingly, as we were abt to enter, the waiters were looking at us like hungry wolves. damn. 5-6 of them peeping thru d entry doors! made us uncmfy. nt d kind of strtng u wnna wen u enter a restaurant.
Food: where to start nd where to end when they hardly had ne options. jain food ppl plz keep away frm this plce. its nt d kind of plce 4 u! no soups. infact, cllng themselves mughlai specialized plce. they were serving tomato rasam in lieu of tomato soup. wtta shame! when we asked for reference on starters nd main course. de hardly seem to have options for food! infact, wen we politely asked him to tweak couple of dishes without garlic. all he mentioned everytym dat look, its already made nd we cnt do nethng in it. we will just heat it nd bring it to u. wow, wtta service. thruout d dinner d waiter had dat rudeness in him. nd d fact dat despite d restaurant being empty. only 2 guys beside our family were in d restaurant. those guys asked us to hurry up wid our order. wtta attitude. the main course we ordered had d same gravy amongst all d sabzi's. serving us on d plates ws anthr pain they jus didnt wnna take I believe!
Service: pathetically rude staff nd de kept telling each oder to go to d table nd take d orders. no proper order of who is goin to look after the customers. wonder wt made them throw sch attitude. but a very sad service.
Plastic: dunno wt ws d billing since I didnt pay d bill.
Recommendation: there are many other plces in d townside which u cn try. one cn skip dis plce. naam bade darshan chote! wudnt wnna cm bck to this plce nd wudnt recommend it to neone else!
