Till date I have taken three courses from this website. All three of them have been Arts & Humanities courses. The course materials are incredibly informative and useful. All the courses are free and it is not like they ask for truck load of information about you either.
Once signed in, you can just browse through the categories and sign up for a course of your choosing. I am an art enthusiast so I took the course of Expressionism to pop art. Under this category, the first course I took was beginner's guide to 20th Century Art.
The set of videos gave a brief insight and it was fun to learn new things. The descriptive video, mentioning of different websites that one can refer to, great to see that there are some websites who are not money-oriented. Knowledge is power and in today's internet era I believe people should have access to information and courses that can enhance one's knowledge base. And you can earn badges too by finishing courses, it is fun to learn.
Other subjects are Math, Science, Economics & Finance, Computing. And plenty of sub-categories too. My nephew signed up for an algbera course and found it very helpful and every bit was clearly explained. There are other sites like coursera, codeacademy that offer free courses. But somehow the kind of courses are different on all these platforms.
