Sir/Madam,

Completed the EW Best of ScandiRavv4 tour from 7 to 15. August, 2015 with Tour Leader Mr. Suyash. Patil and returned to India on 23.August.2015, after presenting a research paper in the IGU Conference, Moscow, Russia from 15 to 22. August, 2015. I would like to say something about(Aamcha Manus) Mr. Suyash. Patil, Tour Leader of EW Tour.

My observations about Suyash Patil, Tour leader:

Received a call from Suyash Patil on 4.August. He had called to instruct on luggage weight! He called during the time we had started packing for the tour. Mr. Suyash mentioned: we have 2 overnight cruise; each member should HAVE ONLY 2 BAGS. Take a full days clothing in the cabin bag; yet it should not weigh more than 5 kg. Luggage bag weight must not exceed 20 kg, from start to end of the tour. As a sincere Tour leader, Mr. Suyash showed care and concern about his guests. This needs appreciation. During the next 2 days, he kept on reminding us about: camera - take its rechargable batteries, extra memory card; mobile - its charger; medicines; goggles; most important light weight but fast heat generating thermal wear.  All these reminder calls showed his sincerity towards his duty & guests comfort, happiness & welfare.

On 7 August we reached Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport, Mumbai @ 2.40 a.m. Mr. Suyash Patil was already waiting near the Indian Flag, distributing the Kesari Snacks, tag, stickers. Individual brief introduction  was done. Then . . .

swiftly but with minute details Suyash instructed each guest about the procedure from start till we entered the plane. Accordingly, each passenger completed all boarding formalities & issued boarding pass. We boarded the TK 721 Turkish Airlines for Istanbul. Flight took off @ 5.55 am. Istanbul arrival: 10.15(journey duration 6 hours & 55 minutes). After the plane took off from Mumbai airport, every half hour Suyash was moving in the plane: lookin and confirming himself that each of his guests were all really comfortable! Thus we reached Istanbul @ 10.15. We all got down from the plane. Suyash gathered us all in one place and patiently but with a smiling face gave us information about Istanbul Airport. This airport is very big, but Suyash knew the location of each guest till boarding time of Istanbul-Helsinki flight. We all boarded the TK 1763 flight to Helsinki, Finland!

On Saturday, 8. Aug, sat in our bus & proceeded for the Helsinki City Orientation Tour, beginning with: GAnasultanpati Bappa Morya! Mangalmurty Morya! Undir Mama ki Jai!. Each minute, 'Aapla Manus' was doing his job perfectly.

In d evening we boarded the Cruise for Stockholm!

Next day(Sunday, 9.Aug.) morning, we entered Sweden! Got off the cruise, took our baggage & satin the bus for the Stockholm City tour. Suyash gave us a brief idea of all the sITES_Company we were visting during the day. After dinner, we all settled in the Scandic Infra City Hotel, after Suyash's briefing about the day ahead.

On Monday, 10.Aug, we reached Bergen @ 1.30 pm by SK 899 ScandiRavv4n Airlines. Throughout the journey, Suyash Patil was calm, but constantly thinking & giving preference to the safety, welfare, joy and comfort of every group members. Because the day ahead was v v v hectic. . . With information about the next day's plan, we all slept in Augustin Hotel AS.  Nobody had an idea of what was in store for us after sunrise . . .

Next day, Tuesday, 11.August, we woke up, took breakfast and uploaded our bags in the bus. Proceeded to Gudvangen & boarded the cruise to see the Sogne Fjord. Since it was a day of changing many modes of transport, all passengers kept the hand bag containing one full dress in the bus, because the bus was proceeding to Geilo, where we were staying for the night. We went by cruise to Flam, enjoying the beautiful Sogne Fjords, and Norwegian landscape, to catch the Alpine train. During the Flam-Myrdal Alpine Train journey, Suyash showed signs of strong discomfort. He informed us: our bus is stranded in a tunnel, it'll come to Ustedalen Hoyfjells Hotel, Geilo by night.

We proceede to Geilo as per tour program. In between, Suyash got information about the bus position: it was in a tunnel, under police custody due to an accident in the tunnel! Since he didn't want to spoil our enjoyment, Mr. S. Patil remained silent. Being a tour leader that was the right decision taken by Suyash. Since the bus was in police custody, Suyash's duty was to keep the guests happy, safe and comfortable, till Norwegian police completed their job. We all had our passports with us. With passport, camera and handsets we all checked in the Ustedalen Hoyfjells Hotel, Geilo, in the evening. Before going for dinner, Suyash declared that the bus will directly come to Oslo either in the afternoon or immediately after the Police releases it, completing their investigation. Meanwhile few passengers were getting hysteric. Many people started giving own opinions. Someone decided to visit the Indian Embassy, informed important people in India. But, nothing was practically possible, besides waiting. This was suggested by Suyash at the beginning itself. Why spoil the tour enjoyment tempo? Suyash was getting updates on mobile. To make matters worst, his cell balance got exhausted! Still, he kept cool and inquired about the whereabouts of our bus through hotel phone. Everybody were discussing about it. After dinner, Suyash informed:  our bus and its contents are all safe and we'll get it soon.

All of us went in our rooms in Ustedalen Hoyfjells Hotel, Geilo and spent the night, thinking. Suyash had promptly informed: our bags with the bus r safe, driver is in ICU for suffocation treatment. Another driver will bring the bus to us after it is released by the Police.

All woke up Wednesday, 12. August, ate breakfast & sat in the new bus which was waiting to take us to Oslo. Reached Oslo and did the Oslo City orientation tour. Suyash was getting information about the whereabouts of the bus: it was still in the tunnel! We completed the orientation tour, & by evening, came in Comfort Hotel Borsparken. No possibility of the bus reaching to us by Thursday. We all will get our luggage in Copenhagen, Suyash told us after dinner! Few members went and bought new clothes. By then, many members had decided to visit the Indian Embassy in Oslo, Norway on 13th morning. Suyash supported this decision and took the bus first to the office of the Indian Embassy in Oslo on Wednesday, 13. August.2015. Members of the Embassy told us exactly what Suyash had told us till now: the bus and its contents are safe, it will be released by the police after their investigation is complete. U have to wait patiently for the bus, but complete the tour as per schedule. In order to catch the flight to Mumbai, u must reach Copenhagen according to the program. Passports are with each of you. U r safe and fine; you'll get luggage in Copenhagen! why worry?

By this incident, Suyash Patil showed signs of being the perfect Tour Leader. During the entire period, our tour leader was calm, jolly and making everybody feel comfortable, he kept everyone secure & happy. Hats off to him. I really appreciate his instinct, the right decision taken and cool attitude maintained by Suyash Patil during such dangerous situation and the entire tour period. He always fulfilled his responsibilities and duties well.

On 13 August, Thursday, we all sat in the bus and saw the Akersshus Castle & Viking Museum from inside. After lunch, came to board the Cruise for Copenhagen. A bus with our luggage was standing near the boarding door. We were all really happy to see our luggage  Immediately every passenger took the most important and necessary articles from the luggage, gave it in the ship cargo and boarded the Cruise for Copenhagen with joy. All articles were safely with us! Suyash too was relieved, tension free & happy. The cruise left Oslo port in the evening. Each member enjoyed shopping on the cruise; slept peacefully during the night and woke up full of energy the next morning, i., e 14. August,  on the cruise. Reached Copenhagen, Denmark. 14. August, Friday, did the Copenhagen City Orientation Tour by bus after getting off the cruise and saw

Renaissance Stock Exchange, Danish Parliament, statue of the Little Mermaid, Christiansborg Palace from inside and the Tivoli Garden. Checked in the First Hotel Copenhagen, dined and slept in the Hotel.

Next morning, 15.August after breakfast, Suyash gave each member Indian Flag. All went to the Copenhagen Airport & boarded flights to Mumbai, with Suyash; and we boarded the Copenhagen-Moscow flight.

Thus, Suyash completed the EW Best of SacndiRavv4 tour and brought all guests safely back to India! Suyash Patil successfully completed showing us all the places mentioned in the itenary; gave us extra toppings too in most relevant places; helped us take photos in the perfect picturesque locations; gave detail information about the sITES_Company and its characteristics - all these are his responsibilities. . . This is just because Mr. Suyash Patil has been selected by experienced Kesari selectors; and ultimately, he is also a  Kesari team member! How can'aapla' Suyash Patil do something other then fulfill his responsibilities?

I appreciate the role played by Mr. Suyash Patil as a tour leader of EW Best of ScandiRavv4.

We wish him rapid progress and success in his future assignments.

ALL THE BEST MR. SUYASH PATIL & KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK OF FULFILLING YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES TOWARDS KESARI AND YOUR DUTIES TOWARDS KESARI TOUR GUESTS.

Presence of Devoted, Sincere, Calm, Simple & Jolly but a strict Suyash Patil is essential. Best wishes Kesari Team members!
