Hi,
This is just a message is for awareness for those whom are using KENT or have a AMC.
Please make sure that they test the water quality upon changing filter or any part of Machine basically KENT targets to avoid changing parts as they cost money and cheat Money.
How to check water quality
Ask the person to check in tap water and then water from KENT the ration should be 1/10 for example if tap water is 360 kent should give a reading of 36. If not he is cheating you and there is faulty component that is not being changed.
