I ordered Kent Grand Plus 8 ltr from one of the renowned e commerce website, 3 days back it was delivered to my home, same day only I called to customer care, they told it will be installed within 24-48 hours. Still no update, I would say it's worst ever services.
Today also I called them to lodge complaint against their services, they again treat complaint as request. So no responsibility/accountability towards customer. In fact these multinational companies making us slave for lifetime. Once you purchased their items, you are bound to buy their accessories as per the price they quote, you left with no options.
