I bought AMC from Kent for Rs 6200 few month back. Now I am facing some problem where my Kent is making some noise while operating and there is lot of water leakage happening. I called the service center for service request but there is no response. I think these type of companies feel that customers are fools and they can cheat them easily. While taking money from you they would talk very politely but after you have given them money they would never look back to you.
They would just bring big big celebrity to advertise like Hema Malini and daughters. They spend so much of money on advertisement and endorsements but hardly give any value to customer service quality. I would describe Kent water purifier as looter, con which has full of frauds in its company. Just imagine we expend so much of money for water. First Rs 15000 to purchase Kent purifier system then around Rs 3000 annually on maintenance. This is too expensive. I think even if we purchase water cans (Rs 50/40 for 20L) from market we would not have so much of expense. I would ask you think twice before purchasing Kent, also check whose service quality is good bacause this is what will matter a lot to you later. My AMC details are as below:
