We are using Kent for last one year. It gave us problem four times. Service is so bad that they turn up only after two days and minimum ten phone calls. We have already reported this to the company through their website and no response again.
Now my Kent purifier is out of order for past three days and am in a place to take water from outside. Already called the service person ten times. He hasn't reached yet. Buying Kent was a very big mistake.
