We brought a Kent water purifier for 15, 500/- in year 2012. After 1 year of warranty it started to give problem till date. I have changed all the parts of machine, including Motor, Motherboard, SMPS, Tubelight, etc. I can agree for replacing 3 filters an year. that is OK. But, replacing SMPS, Board of the machine for every year is too much.
I am unsatisfied they way SAKI Technologies, Ayanavaram, Chennai - 23 service. They are collecting huge amount for every part of the machine every month including Rs.350 for service. The product/part given by them are not working more than the days what warranty they providing.
No Annual maintenance for this product. No proper service. No good product supplied by service people. even the service people are suggesting to change the KENT.
