I bought Kent RO Grand plus purifier 4 months back. It's 2 times the machine is dead. It took almost a week for technicians to call on my number. Whenever I call at customer care, same reply I used to get that we have sent the reminder with high priority, you will get it fixed in 24 hours.
I had to follow up the technician to get the machine fixed. Now, machine is dead again. This is a senior visit turn, Still same thing, No calls from technicians, when I call them they have their excuses. Customer care again have the same reply that we have sent the reminder with high priority, you will get it fixed in 12 hours. I won't recommend this product to anyone. It's really pathetic experience.
