I have been using the Kent RO water purifier for a few years now. Although I think the product is decent. The maintenance and the after care is MISERABLE.
They have a few schemes called AMC, so an agency called GOOD MINERAL RO, in Bangalore even.
Uses old parts. ( discarded from other customers filters).
They make you pay amounts consistently even after promising free service.
To summarize, Kent RO is PATHETIC with their service.
