We have purchased a kent water purifier, after a lot of research and deliberation. Given that it is on the higher price. I must say that I am realy happy with the water purifier. It is really good in terms of the service that is has provided. I must say that it has been a really good purchase for us. The servicing that has also been good.
The reason for the purchase is that we had asked many of our friends and they recommended this system. Some of my friends have used this for over 3 years now, and they have been really happy with the system.
We had also enquired about aquaguard, V Guard, Usha, Zero B.. Auaguard, was one that we had absolutely pathetic service. We had an annual service contract and had to make over 200 calls to them over the past year to get the system serviced, that too we had to pay for most of it. Also, the service guys are rude as well as no sense of client servicing. You must be careful before you buy aquaguard. The service before selling the product is great and after selling is worse than pathetic. The others were priced around the same range. We did go for this one since we found that most of the people we knew swore by the quality, customer service outlook of Kent.
We are really happy with the Kent water purifier.
