Kent RO Grand Plus is a good product. I have used in past and have brought same, new one.
Bought from Aqua World, Jayanagar, Bangalore. Vendor delivered on same day without bill with some excuse but after payment I struggled to get ORIGINAL BILL but finally got after 15 / 20 days.
3. When called for first routine service, I was told will send technician next day but NO TECHNICIAN TURNED UP and if called back NO RESPONSE FROM VENDOR.
POST SALE SERVICE IS BAD AND TREATMENT BY KENT AND ITS AUTHORISED DEALER IS VERY BAD THEY TAKE CUSTOMER GRANTED AND DONT DELIVER THE PROMISE / WARRANTY SERVICE.
HAVING USED THIS FILTER FOR LAST 10 YEARS, I CAN SAY MOST OF TIME I SEE MOST OF( NOT ALL) SERVICE TECHNICIAN TRYING TO CHEAT AND MAKE MONEY. SOME MAY EVEN CREATE PROBLEM TO MINT MONEY.
VERY BAD SERVICE POST SALE AND CUSTOMER FEEL CHEATED. AND MY RATING IS POOR FOR VERY BAD SERVICE POST SALE.
