I got this product on new year
And it was working fine for some time!
But I dont know the filters got damaged or what?
The water was different in taste and I called the service man which told me that filter will be replaced
So its been 3 times the filters have been changed and the device posses some problem in a day or two.
Please dont just rely on the brand name.
Which sometimes fool people!
Other products maybe good by this brand
But this one is a surely no!
Avoid it
Dont use it!
