I have two kenstar wondercools at my home, one I haven't used much and other one which is never switched off even in winter, one is really in very good condition and other is in bad state after service by kenstar.
Nothing was wrong with my cooler but to my own itch called up Videocon service center, which provides service for Kenstar appliances to change cooling pads as they were old.
When technician visited me, he started finding everything faulty cooling pads, oscillation motor, power switch, water motor totaling to some 2k change, fine with me as I was using another one very ruggedly told him to go for with his work, he did his job and took additional 500rs charge for what I don't understand, gave me contact numbers which are always switched off or busy, right after one week these were results of my second cooler
Cooler became very noisy, water pours out of cooler as covers of cooler were not fitted properly, when you touch cooling pads which cooler is on it gives you electric shock, somewhere wiring is faulty, fan spins very slowly then picks up to normal state when I switch it on and off for couple of times till it comes to normal speed, oscillation motor and water motor broke down.
Now I was left puzzled, I have a cooler which works absolutely fine and same brand and same model I have a cooler which gives you shocks when you touch cooling pads. What will you do if you are in my place?
Call your local electrician before you calling kenstar customer service . check first about its working condition and price of repairs then go for customer service I'm sure you will definitely know what kenstar service is.
