Have been using Kenstar tumble top for over 5 year and I just thought if I am very happy, why not share it. Compared witht the IFB front load we had earlier, it is very compact and sleek and laden with features. I have never handcleaned before or after washing in this machine, except at those times when the dirt is extraordinary. The regular dirt in collar, cuff etc are taken care of by our kenstar itself. The quality of wash is as good as that of front load machine. Just that we take care of maintenance aspect and use detergent meant for washing machines only. Coz I have seen people casually using the regular detergents and in the long run face problems with their washing machine.
We once faced a small problem and that too attended to by the service guys. The only little problem we have is that, the outlet hose is a bit short and so sometimes the water flows inside the house and I have to put in effort to clean up the house.
