Our kenster Le Pure is malfunctioning now a days in many ways. We have been lodging complaints since months, but there are no legitimate responses from customer care unit.
Either the concerned engineer do not bother to turn up to check the issue of the apparatus or the customer care provides out of order contacts. The customer service is really shameful and horrible , they don't even feel to work despite repeated follow ups.
