I purchase it on 22 june 2013. In a month pump has stopped working and now cooler is throwing hot air. I have called customer service 3 times which put me to IVR. Now I am left with no clue to what to do with this machine. I also got the complain no . But no one has come ti fix it.


Their customer support is very bad. Customer service executive will never contact you.


I bought this cooler because kenstar is a big brand
