I had purchased oven one year back. It is worth Rs 10, 000 and had one year warranty. From the day one I am totally disappointed with the overall performance of the oven. The oven is a multi function and had many option like microwave, convection, etc. The handling of the oven is difficult and if any wrong command is given then the oven can get damaged. The oven has a heating problem and it can catch fire if placed near fire catching material. Also the indicators of the oven are not appropriate. It show wrong reading. And the food is not cooked properly even everything is proper. Also this had created many problems. There are no service Centre for this oven in Mumbai and thus it can be serviced. If repaired from outside then the cost is too high. I suggest not to buy this oven as you will regret after buying it.
