Okay, good things first. Kellogg's cornflakes are rich in vitamin and iron content. It contains other nutrients as well. Also, it is cholestrol free which is a great thing. All of it makes for an extremely healthy breakfast. It's a great way to start your day. You can add fruit slices in it to increase the taste and make it more healthy. But, the thing is you can get all of these benefits in almost any other cornflakes. And, they are a lot cheaper. You can get normal cornflakes like Ganesh, at half the price of Kellogg's. So, I would not like to recommend it. They have a build a good brand, and taking excessive advantage of it by charging way higher than they should.
