I have been association with kaya for almost 8 months and I think I will be the best person to comment on the services OFFERED by branded KAYA. Never ever opt kaya for any kind of skin treatment. They may convince you that results are immediate.
If results are immediate it doesn't mean its permanent and even it may lead to side effects in later period of time.I stand as a best example for this. I opted KAYA for pigmentation treatment 3 months back, which left my face a horrible look.
The Lady doctor suggested me to go for a package treatment of 26K which involves 6 sittings of MESOGLOW (bahut bakwas), 5 Cosmo peel sittings and they gave an option of paying in installments ( I made a mistake by choosing this option...so I was forced to complete the sittings ).
After taking 2-3 sittings..i seriously wont find any change on a face and more over the needles they used for MESOGLOW has caused severe pigmentation on my face.
My skin can't able to resist severe heat, it started peeling off quite frequently after their treatment. Even when u complain there is no considerable improvement, they still able to convince by saying very cr@p reasons like use 5-6 times sunscreen, use mineral water to clean your face (even my MOM can tell these kind of tips) etc etc
Instead of finding the problem, they start giving useless suggestions.Its business they do, don't want customer sanctification, s*ck the money and don't bother about the results.
Even I called up KAYA MUMBAI main branch , gave a complaint as well and they promised to get me back again..but till now no call from them...
I decided not to waste time and money on this clinic..I felt writing this review may help 1 in 1000 people to think before they opt this clinic.
