(edited recently)I got her from my uncle. She's 17 as I am. Actually I was pestering my parents to get me a two wheeler as all my friends had vehicles. My father is man who usually goes by the law. So he didn't want to buy me one before I was 18. But my uncle(at Coimbatore) kept on telling me that his vehicle was lying idle at the lot as he got a new alto for himself. He asked me if would take it. I just took it for a short ride. But as the fuel flow wasn't good that time she was too too too slow. I also initially resisted for its classic looks. But I thought I would sell it later and use till I get 18.

But, Guess what? My perspective is totally opposite now! I love her so much! After she arrived at Madurai, I gave it a local mechanic for a general service. Next day I filled two litres and whoah! She blew off like a rocket. I was surprised too see it's acceleration! I slowly started to research about her. I collected all the info. It made me realise what a 2-stroke is all about! And KB's have unique features that was too early for India that time, I believe. 11bhp, engine kill switch, helmet lock, tacho(no 100cc bikes even these days have)long wheel base, 12 volt circuit, 135mm brakes, wider tires and the list goes on.

She's had a small nag.the path to the oil inlet was blocked somewhere. So I had to mix it up directly with the petrol. This resulted in too much of smoke and there's more load to the engine. She manges a 45km/ltr. Got the problem rectified with a trustworthy mechanic. Now the mileage has improved marginally. But.errr.I'm doin my 12th and also hoping to come out with flying colours. So, I have to concentrate on studies. It's obvious for my parents to worry for that.so I'm waitin.I want to do her top speed(should be somewhere around 100). Till then I will just use her for short commuting.

Also reading a lot of reviews on KB has inspired me a lot. In fact a man amongst the public appreciated me for maintaining such a bike and also told me that I was unique unlike the present generation(those who are the likes of pulsars, zma and apache)No doubt they are also nice bikes but nothing comes close to the comfort, thrill and pride of ridin a KB.before I leave, I want to share one incident. Once I raced over my friend's Pulsar-150! That was amazing! My friend was struck! I think That's what KB's are for! So will see ya all later! PLEASE USE HELMETS. Adieau!
