I acquired this bike since my uncle was settling abroad. Keep the bike if you can.if not you could sell it away if it's trouble and probably when I come back and settle here I might take it back just in case is what he told my dad.

My dad had given up riding 2 wheeler for abt 8 years then and was only using cars. I technically learnt riding a bike in a day and by myself when I was 17. In 4.5 years I ended clocking up the odometer to 1 lakh km and in this time I never fell once or had any riding mishaps.

When my uncle left the bike the odometer reading was 24000. Recently he came down here and he was happy to see the bike in good shape just as he left it. In these 4 years I ended up using this bike so extensively that I've never let it idle a day. It never left me stranded cos of empty fuel and even if it did then it was always before a petrol station. The best part of this bike was that you could travel abt 2 km just on petrol from choke.

I had changed the back tyre at 60k km but the front tyre is still the same and I still can't believe its durability. I've done quiet a few torture test on it and this one time is noteworthy when me and my friend planned to make it to a beach for a day without our parents knowledge.

For some reason my friends bike gave problem so it was my bike that clocked 780 km in 14 hours on a up and down journey to Chennai from Bangalore with just 1 hour break at the beach. Me and my friend took turns and kept the bike under 90 kmph keeping in mind our need to be back home by nightfall.we made it on time and and the bike didn't break a sweat anywhere and I still had full reserve from the only full tank we did of 14 liters before we started the trip.none of our other friends believed us until we showed them pics.this bike is capable of going maximum on the speedometer which is 120 kmph and I've done it multiple no of times just for the thrill.

I always prefer this bike if I'm riding solo over my Activa or FZ for any traffic or highway roads. Ppl give you a second distinctive look cos the silencer has a beat and resembles bullet.

Long story short: You sit on this bike and rev up the tachometer and before you know it you are over 80 kmph. And definitely this bike goes easy on your pocket no matter on what speed you ride. And that being said you ain't no ghost rider alright.:-)
