Karbonn Tab stopped working after 1 day of my purchase. Calls to local and Bangalore service center had no response. No response to email, no way of contacting anyone in Karbonn either in Bangalore or Delhi.
Finally located the service center which looked like a shack attended to by unprofessional and untrained staff. They asked for 10 days for repair, and now it has been 5 months but still they are unable to repair it as they don’t have spare parts.
Neither are they willing to provide replacement. I have approached the consumer courts with this matter, when I realized that there were at-least 15 such cases from my region, would strongly urge all complainants to approach the consumer courts on such matters, it is not as cumbersome as civil courts and your complaint is taken up immediately.
Purchase Price: No Comment.
