Yess Karbonn Mobiles are the worst in built quality and service to. so I say plz don't ever by this budget smartphone.
So I will tell you my experience with this as u see I had the same Smartphone so called Karbonn A7* which actually launched 3 years ago so my father bought this as per the budget but it turned out to be worst phone ever in my life.
BATTERY : Though it 1400 mAh battery it gave me lots of problem battery wise as when I used to charge it full & then after plugging off using it ot would drain in 10-15 mins without internet.
But after changing the battery too the problem never solved and after some days my father was always seen with powerbank continously charing it .
CAMERA : Though it seemed to be 5mp it was worst as the camera lens would always catch dirt.
SERVICE : The worst service ever as when I visited service center they asked me money and it was in warranty period and the people over there had the same issue. And telling each other not to buy KARBONN ever.
So plz never buy Karbonn phones as it was really bad time for me
