Horrible first impression on buying Karbonn mobile. Battery problems and network problems.
Brought "karbonn dazzle 3" from reliance digital on 25-Aug-2015. After 2 days of Usage faced network and WiFi issue which got resolved automatically after 2 days.
After 1 week of usage facing problems with battery, Phone switches off automatically after using for some time [20 to 30 mins] even though battery charge is more than 80%. After the issue the battery level is 0%, again you have recharge the mobile. Issue is observed consistently, Not able to use the phone for continuous half an hour.
Now took the mobile to a Karbonn authorized service center and they are saying it will take more than a month to get the phone back. Such a nasty experience with Karbonn, I will never consider Karbonn and will never suggest to my friends and family as well. I guess this company has started with only motive to loot the customers money with defective products.!
