Very bad service from KAFF. My chimney stopped working one month back and I have logged a complaint with KAFF: compliant no. KF 3245 dated: 7-Jul-2016.
I have called your call center and local area managers many times but none of them are of any help. Even I have escalated the issue to the Service center head with no real relief.
