I have bought a KTM duke from ANJANI MOTORS, Karmanghat, R.R.Dist in the month of January. I was extremely happy with the bike till recently i.e., 10 days ago the bike refused to start and I had requested the nearest KTM authorized service station at SRI SIDDIVINAYAKA MOTORS, NTR Nagar, R.R.District .
It's been 10 days the bike is still in repair and there has been no progress in it. I have been calling them up day in day out for the update and they have been successfully give me some or the other stories.
The KTM at NTR Nagar being an authorised KTM center with all the facility claims that they do not have the authority to replace the battery and that needs to be done only by KTM Begumpet and that too after 3 days of inspection.
Why would it take 3 days to check a battery wherein the same KTM NTR nagar has declared it is a faulty battery, I am suspecting something fishy, it is been 10 days that I have been waiting for my bike to come back healthy in the mean time I reside 40 kms far from my office and it takes 800/- per day to travel by other means and I have all the bills with me to help me to peruse legally. I am bound to go to the consumer forum and other mediums to fix this harassment.
I am still surprised to understand does it take two different showroom to attain one issue, how come a KTM authorised center has to rely upon other to sought the issues. I have never heard of this even with AUDI brand, they sought the problem within time frame.
Mr. Kartik, works manager 0934745xxxx from KTM Begumpet is disconnecting my call and switched off his phone to avoid my calls, Is this the way KTM responds, if so then shame on the brand. I have never heard of un professional people like Kartik, works manager who doesnt care for people who pay their salaries wherein KTM boasts for its products.
I am concluding this mail with at most frustration and disappointment, and regret the most today buying this bike, I feel spending 1.40 lakhs for an unprofessional, un committed brand is sheer waste of money and time.In case anyone feels and takes the ownership can contact at 98 66 36 xx xx.
