Recently I booked two tickets ( return) in Bangalore Chennai route. Busses were okay quality ( Not so clean but cannot blame too much) , reached almost on time. However major concern was communication
In Bangalore , they have a boarding point at Bommanahalli. It is really very frustrating to extract any information from them. People there do not speak any language other than local language. Bangalore is a cosmopolitan city and this cannot be expected. Imagine night 11 , 10 busses are standing and announcements are made using a hand mike in local language.
To add more to the pain , they send out SMS giving bus number which is faulty. In Chennai Bangalore route SMS came after bus started. Bangalore Chennai it came on time but with a wrong bus number. As I already mentioned they are not willing to help, it was difficult to find out what is the right bus. Not only us several other people faced the issue.
Overall, I am not going to book in this travel any more.
