If you are a frequent flyer and get on board at KLM(aka skyteam) more then 80 - 120 times a year and then you want to upgrade on intercontinental flight, you need to have the right booking class.
You request at KLM an upgrade in order to spend a few miles of a account more the 1.2M, a they come back and state wrong ticket class!
It seems that KLM is does not care about your history, if you did spend each year multiple 10K euro's with them.
If you want to address and speak to one of the senior managers about that, they not even care to take the time or the effort to discuss this on a profesional customer focus approach(radio silence).
My treshold has reached(3 is the limited) and will I now share my expierence, if they don't care in order to prevent others to go into the same rat hole.
Long life the cheap carriers, and kill these none consomer focused cattle transport air lines.
