I am strongly telling you don't join in KALS / KILS Information cheating ltd. if you joined, your career will spoil. They will not give pay slip. Akram and Sudhash having mental. They are cheating with clients also. one of their client filed a case on KALS and Akram. I don't like to mention the client name.
In Bangalore they are having one tea stall size rented office in the name of KALS and in Malaysia they don't have any office but, they will cheat the clients and employees in the name of KILS.
I worked for 3 yrs in this f* company while resigning they didn't give my bonus. I paid 2 months full salary to get my experience certificate and relieving order. if we want to relieve in a month or two we can't.
They are having a local lawyer who will threat you by sending memo to your home.
Here our basic salary is very less. they will follow any pay scale norms. I have 5 yrs experience my take home is 20, 000 in which my basic is 4000 rupees. I got 1000 rupees increment after completion of 18 months.
instead of working here we can work at call center.
So, I request you please to read all the mouth-shut reviews which is belongs to KALS and take good decision.
