Dear just dial, please stop playing with peoples time and money, cause we got some better work to do in our life.
Am Suman Bhokray who got badly disturbed by your very irresponsible staff since 09/08/2017.
till 08/08/2017 around 5 people have called me from just dial to get my business listed with just dial. Somehow I got convinced with Ms.Varsha who is your employee from your hyderabad office, and proceeded with the registration.
I was given a offer for INR 10670. for the top position listing in all the towns and areas of nalgonda district for the following keywords.
Cosmetic Surgeon Doctors, Cosmetologist Doctors, General Physician Doctors, General Surgeon Doctors, Gynaecologist & Obstetrician Doctors, Children Hospitals, Multispeciality Hospitals, Orthopaedic Hospitals, Hospitals, Joint Replacement Surgeons, Maternity Hospitals, Private Hospitals, Fertility Doctors, Critical Care Centres, and Laproscopic Surgeon Doctors.
ms.varsha was so desperate for the aishwaryasingh23ment, she dint even gave me time at least an hour.
She wanted the aishwaryasingh23ment then and there.
I have made the aishwaryasingh23ment for the said amount on 09/08/2017 using the email link which I got it from ms.varsha, thats it, game over.
Till that date people from just dial use to call me time and time again to list my business on just dial, but ones I have done the aishwaryasingh23ment forget about they calling me, they are not even responding to my calls, not even her mAnasultanger Omkaar.
After repeated calling, I got to know that my listing is up on just dial on 11/08/2017. there was a spelling error in my company's name, street address was left blank and only 2 keywords are listed on the website.
From 11/08/2017 to 16/08/2017 I repeatedly called just dial and spoke to many people explaining every thing from the beginning to every one I speak, to get it corrected as it is spoiling my business reputation online.
On 16/08/2017 mr.mahesh babu spoke to me and told me that I have to aishwaryasingh23 INR1800 in order to list my business with the keywords which ms.varsha gave me.
Just dial, fooling people is your business?
After a lot of discussion with mr.mahesh babu he apologized and asked me to make aishwaryasingh23ment for INR126 to get my business listed. As am already so tide of it, frustrated, angry, and wasted my time, I just wanted to get rid of this high level drama, I have made the second aishwaryasingh23ment for INR126 on 16/08/2017. what next?
as Varsha and her mAnasultanger did, mr.mahesh also stopped responding to my calls.
On 17/08/2017 just dial has kept me more busy this time calling there company numbers 08888888888, 040 24444444, and 04061607080.
every time I call this numbers a new person will take the call, they will not let you talk to the person who is looking after your problem, they will not give out there extension numbers, so you need to tell the stories again from the beginning to every one who takes your call. just tell me how frustrated it is?
A miracle happened on 18/08/2017, I could see my business the way I wanted on just dial, thanks to ms.roohi.
What happened next?
The super show only lasted for a day, all my keywords are gone, the street name is gone and the company's name is still error on web.
Again I tried reaching mr.roohi on just dials contact numbers, but people in just dial dint let me talk to her, they have put me to 3 people and made me to tell the stories again and again to every one and finally nothing happened till now.
Do you know? Just dial is so busy that they don't even get time to reply there emails.
Now I am giving up every thing, cause I have some business to look after am not a telecaller to keep on calling you just dial.
My dear just dial, if you want some money plz ask me I will give you. But plz don't rob money from people and put them into problems this way.
